Steve Jobs murió y resucitó en un día

En realidad no es cierto pero Alguien en Bloomberg News estaba actualizando los datos del obituario de Steve Jobs, el fundador de Apple y sin querer queriendo apretó "publicar". La historia corrió vía Bloomberg News y ahora es pasto de comentario en blogs y medios sobre tecnología.

La historia podrá sonar macabra para el lector pero así es este negocio: los periodistas escribimos obituarios de gente que todavía no ha muerto y los vamos actualizando con datos nuevos ¿sí no, cómo crees que tenemos ipso facto un dossier de notas de algún desafortunado que estira la pata?

Gawker tiene un pantallazo de la nota, repleta de detalles por reportear y con quién hay que hablar para conseguir citas de varios "notables" que conocen a Jobs y podrían dar una "última palabra" sobre el vendedor más célebre del planeta. Es copucha pero también es un buen ejemplo de cómo se arma un obituario en Bloomberg News (ojo estudiantes), en un país donde el obituario es casi un género en sí mismo.
